The Oliver House is said to be the site of 26 or more deaths. The most famous was Nat (Nathaniel) Anderson, who was shot just outside of room 13. His killer was never found, even after large rewards were offered (in the thousands in today’s $$$) for any information leading to answers.

1. Is the Oliver House bar open during the week or hotel hours?
Hotel guests may purchase beverages from our staff during check-in. Otherwise, the Speakeasy is open the public during business hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
2. Can you book the 26 Souls bar for events?
Yes, you can book the bar for private events as a guest at the hotel. Please fill out our Contact Us form or email us at info26souls@gmail.com to get a quote.
3. What drinks do you serve at The Oliver House?
We serve beer & wine-based cocktails, mead, and–beer & wine. Try one of our delicious concoctions during your next stay with us.
4. Does the Oliver House/26 Souls serve food?
We do not serve any hot food. We do offer a few snacks at 26 Souls–such as a charcuterie board. Please ask us for current options when you visit.
